Thanks to the very low temperature infusion technique, we manage to preserve the beneficial properties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as well as its organoleptic qualities, which, combined with the aromas released by fresh basil and sun-dried tomato in the breeze, give rise to a surprising oil, which has undoubtedly become our flagship product.
