Mediterranean Mandarin

For our latest addition, like the rest of our DO lemon oil, freshly picked Arbequina olives are pressed, in this case with fresh organic mandarins from Guadalhorce Valley (Malaga) at a temperature below 27°, always using mechanical processes and rarely requiring human intervention. The result is an extra virgin oil of mandarins and olives with notes reminiscent of the aroma of a soft fruit puree, typical of the Arbequina variety, with the characteristic sweet flavor of mandarin.

We recommend it on salads, fish tartare, chocolate ice cream or simply with bread and honey.
