To make this oil, we use Arbequina olives, harvested at their optimum ripeness, and organic orange peel, infused at low temperatures. The result is a mild olive oil in which the fruity aroma of ripe olives and the sweetness of oranges can be perfectly perceived, leaving a pleasant and lingering flavor on your palate.
Highly recommended for pasta, rice or potato salads and fresh tabbouleh.
