Queen Carolina Reaper, composed of 85% extra virgin olive oil and fresh Carolina Reaper chilies, is probably the hottest olive oil in the world. The use of fresh chilies gives it unique aromas of fresh vegetables and bell peppers, enhanced by the Hojiblanco oil, whose qualities are preserved through a low-temperature infusion.
With 1.5 to 2 million Scoville units, it far surpasses the habanero and is recognized by Guinness World Records for 10 years until 2023.
