DO Mediterranean Yellow Lemon 250ML
This is the oldest of our flavored oils, made from cold-pressed Arbequina olives and fresh organic lemons from the Guadalhorce Valley in the province of Malaga.
The olives harvested near the mill are crushed with the citrus fruits within an hour of being picked. The result is an oil with the characteristic fruitiness of early Arbequina olives and powerful, bitter aromas of lemon zest and pulp. We like to call this oil, like our other citrus oils, "Extra Virgin Lemon and Olive Oil."
🍲 Excellent for seasoning meat and fish tartares and carpaccios, as well as tiraditos and ceviches, and grilled white meats.
