To obtain this extra virgin olive and lime oil, we crush Arbequina olives with organic Spanish limes, then the paste is beaten and centrifuged at less than 27°C, using only mechanical processes.
The result blends the aromas of Arbequina oil with notes of apple, kiwi, hazelnut, and tomato, enhanced by the freshness of lime. Perfect on fish tartare, salads, and Asian dishes.
