The term "coupage" refers to the blending of two or more wines of different alcohol levels with the aim of unifying, complementing or enhancing their qualities.
By applying this process to the oil, we create our Organic Coupage, combining the sweetness and freshness of the Hojiblanca olive with the characteristic bitterness and spiciness of the Picual variety.
Its aromas evoke green almonds, vegetables such as artichoke, freshly cut grass and green olive leaves, creating a perfect balance between spiciness, greenery and fruitiness.
