The term "coupage" refers to the blending of two or more wines of different alcohol levels in order to unify, complement or enhance their qualities.
By applying this process to oil, we create our Organic Blend, combining the sweetness and freshness of the Hojiblanca olive with the bitterness and pungent characteristics of the Picual variety.
Its aromas evoke green almond, vegetables like artichoke, freshly cut grass and green olive leaves, creating a perfect balance between spiciness, greenness and fruitiness.
